DWQA QuestionsCategory: KarmaWhat is Creator’s perspective on the welfare state?

The entirety of what you would describe as the "welfare state" is symptomatic of the disconnect people have from the divine realm. People who are corrupted cannot work effectively to help themselves nor help one another, so the institutions expected to deal with problems themselves are faulty, inefficient, and prone to failure. The system does some good. It is better than nothing, so we do not wish to disparage those dedicated public servants who work under difficult conditions and do their best to help the needy who are themselves victims of their history, and often a karmic history from other lifetimes, that is limiting them in the current life without their conscious awareness even of this dynamic. They cannot be held directly accountable for their plight. They need assistance greatly and all are deserving because all are made to suffer in this world and once that suffering commences, achieving a restoration becomes increasingly remote a likelihood because people have not been taught how to heal things effectively and if you cannot right the wrongs of history through healing, you will simply be papering them over and ignoring a karmic dilemma that will seek restitution and a rebalancing, and that will be expected of those who suffered the difficulties originally because they could not cope or deal with them effectively to bring about a full resolution of difficulty. So they will once again be thrown into a similar confrontation with the negative karma coming back around to them and will be tested and will be hard-pressed to solve a problem they perhaps have never been able to do successfully on their own and any wounding will compound previous injury, so the next go-round will likely be worse in the intensity and duration. This is how the world grows darker and things become more dire. There needs to be broad changes in perspective to reawaken awareness of the divine and the essential importance of having a partnership so you have a fully intact lifeline you can call on for support, inspiration, help, healing, and protection bestowed as needed—at times even daily during your life. This requires a high level of belief in the Almighty and a belief in oneself. Both are often lacking but a weakness in one area will limit the ability of the divine to respond. These principles need to be taught to everyone and to be factored into all that is done with the aim of helping others. There needs to be a recognition of the spiritual dimension and its great importance for achieving personal happiness and wrestling with the many problems life brings. They do not occur in isolation. People are influencing one another for better or for worse all the time and people do not think about how that comes about through having a karmic entanglement created in the past, in many instances, that will keep people intertwined with their own collective negativity well into the future and perhaps in lifetime after lifetime until there is enough karmic repair to free them from having a dance between victim and perpetrator. This can start at the level of institutions, to right the wrongs of history, because they are in a position to do tremendous good and by setting an example and setting the tone and implementing approaches that can work will point the way to a new era in understanding human negativity, where problems come from, and how to apply divine level solutions.
