They literally look like stars, they don’t blink at all, they are a little farther out than planes usually are, and they move very quickly across the sky. I had thought in the past some of these things might be satellites, but wasn’t sure. So on this occasion, I first see two of them, one after the other, moving across the sky, in a line. Then another one follows. Then another. I sat and counted as they paraded across the sky … There were 43 that I observed. They flew in a line, pretty evenly spaced, and then sometimes they would fly in a kind of triangle formation. I wonder if this kind of show isn’t part of them coming more out into the open to humans as part of a false disclosure deal they are going to try to perpetrate? That they want humans to see them? Is that what’s happening?” What were these lights, and what can we tell her?

Are the beneficial chemical constituents in green tea and black tea identical, or are some unique within each? Would it be beneficial to alternately drink a glass of green tea, then black, or simply make tea using teabags of both types at once, as green tea has such a mild taste, to get exposure to both types in equal measure, or is there a better ratio?

Is this a work-around?

A practitioner writes: “While there is a request for the deep subconscious mind to call on the higher self for help to identify and heal in the akashic records what is highest and best to accomplish, there are other issues which will not be included in that request and which can benefit from divine assistance in dealing with them. In a quest to further help the deep subconscious with those issues, I came up with the following wording—Source Creator, work with the deep subconscious directly and give reminders as needed to call on the divine realm directly by name for assistance in dealing with traumas, fears and threats it perceives in the akashic records.” Is this request more in alignment with the deep subconscious capabilities? Would this be of value to the Protocol?
