This is definitely sabotaging energy to target him yet again for making progress, and wanting to replace that with disappointment and failure. This is the game, to keep people off-balance, disheartened, and sidelined so they cannot make a mark on the world, and also suffer a rather harsh punishment from ill-treatment to thwart their progress and make them, in fact, feel like failures when it is not their fault at all but being caused deliberately from external manipulations, both of the person directly and many others around them to undercut them and give them grief. This is orchestrated through mind control to cloud judgment, interfere with clear thinking, and implant false notions and beliefs to shape thinking in the way they want to play out. This is hard to prevent and even harder to remove because it becomes a challenge for us in going against free will, even if it is done for evil purposes and quite harmful to the target, as is the case here.
We are working on his situation behind the scenes and are making steady progress in changing and transforming many predisposing factors to this situation having arisen, but we are not there yet and, in the meantime, his adversaries still have the upper hand in being able to cause trouble when they choose to. We will work on this to the extent we can. Your prayers and healing requests are noted, there is much already in the bank, so to speak, in what has been launched previously for us to work with, but this is a race against time, in effect, to overturn something that may well be a fait accompli by the time enough further healing can be implemented in the attempt to undo the decisions being considered, as described in the question. We are doing all we can to advance the cause for his breaking free of these manipulations.
