DWQA QuestionsCategory: Channeling PitfallsConcetta was asked by someone, “How can I know if my (psychic) abilities are ordinary or extraordinary?” She answered, “I think it would be self-evident, a matter of clarity of detail instead of just impressions of things. If you do hear voices, or rather fully articulated thoughts that don’t seem to be your own, that would be a big clue. Or if you see visions or ghosts. Everyone can, but for most, it’s not a common occurrence.” What is Creator’s perspective?

Here is another example of a rather imprecise overview that lacks depth and a detailed understanding of many phenomena she had encountered but still only partly understood. The workings of consciousness, the ways in which it is being suppressed within people through manipulations by the interlopers, and so on, were not in her awareness, nor the risks people take in doing an intuitive outreach to begin with that often gets people in trouble, in fact, more often than not. This is why most channelers are corrupted and not truly channeling who they think, but an imposter pretending to be a lofty being. The many spirit meddlers work avidly to communicate with the mind of the living, because they want to manipulate people to make them more vulnerable if they have not penetrated their energy and taken up residence; but also, if they are in residence already, will be working to manipulate their host to stir up trouble because it brings a surge of new energy they can siphon off for themselves. So the many pitfalls and hazards in working intuitively were simply not evident in her writings or practice. She was lucky because she was in good divine alignment and was being protected naturally as a consequence. It would have been better for her to be more highly aware, not only to be that much more scrupulous and careful in her practices but able to warn others of the pitfalls of doing any kind of intuitive outreach without divine protection requested at the outset.
