There is no harm in including the extraterrestrials as well and there are benefits as perceived here. This is not the worst of hazards, but it is always a factor in particular circumstances where there may be a concentration of dark beings in close proximity to any potential target. This does include the extraterrestrials as well as human beings, so having a modification along those lines can have benefits.
