Was my Lightworker Healing Protocol session for my client successful in helping the spirit of her departed mother that was attached to her, transition back to the light safely?

This, too, has come to fruition. It took some doing but that is what the Lightworker Healing Protocol is for, to cover all the bases and to provide healing in any and all ways that might be needed and, in this case, to raise the vibration of a discarnate spirit struggling following the death of the body and remaining in limbo. This has now run full cycle, to do what was needed to raise this spirit's vibration sufficiently to interact with the light callers and then things proceeded from there very quickly, but getting there was the difficulty and that is why she remained earthbound to begin with. So this is a great blessing that has been arranged to happen. It will benefit all involved.
