Your raising this question is truly diagnostic of the dilemma humans face in being in a world where most have lost their way so there is a need to redefine importance and meaning of divinity, and the difference between energetic potential and a consequential application of energy for a less than lofty purpose. Within each and every plane of existence the application of energy will have consequences and will either raise, lower, or maintain a prior vibrational state. So holding power, which is the ability to influence the world around you, directly or indirectly, in a crude and brute force way, or in a more subtle fashion, perhaps only through your thoughts, will result in an event causing something to change. All soul-based beings were created to bring about change as recreating a static, unchanging environment is bringing about redundancy with no resulting learning and growth to add richness, variety, and the rewards of creative effort as a true accomplishment. How beings go about that, and how successfully they handle the application of power to influence both themselves and things around them, will have energetic consequences with respect to changes in vibration that will be recorded for all of time in the akashic records, and their identity will be a part of the record as being responsible for what took place and potentially for a resolution if an imbalance in the universe was created, however small, local, and personal, and that is because everything matters. The least seeming among you has standing with the divine because you are our creations and you matter to us. Your need to fit within the paradigm is a deliberate part of the design of things so you have a range of potential influence and the power to exert, at least theoretically, an energetic change.
