A viewer asks: “When we pass over to the other side, are we still the person we are today, or do we become our higher self?” Can you give us a tutorial about how this all works, as we are experiencing and only aware of but a small portion of our soul, coming down into the physical plane for short incarnations?

When you return to the light, you will retain your persona but it will have added to it, additional dimensions not in evidence and not within your awareness as an extension of the soul in a small representative form. Most of you is still back in the light as we speak, including the higher self which is the guidance arm of the soul. It never leaves the divine realm but is the intermediary for these kinds of excursions, still part of your being but more like a different organ in the body and not the mind or brain you think with. It is a backup oversight function to govern the interplay you are experiencing as a free agent exerting your free will while inhabiting a human body, and taking on the challenges of your life mission to help the cause of the divine, deal with the rise of evil, and in the bargain save and heal humanity and all the other beings within your galaxy who have fallen by the wayside through corruption and subjugation. And this includes, of course, the perpetrators—the dark fallen angelic spirits and the predatory extraterrestrial civilizations in the Dark Extraterrestrial Alliance who are the apex predators in your galaxy. So the higher self is wise but it is not the largest part of your being nor the soul, it is more like a sentinel providing an intermediary for oversight and communication, but it is an expert in knowing the makeup of your soul and your individual charter and life mission with the intelligence and divinity to be a great asset for guiding you and providing oversight to administer healing, and so forth, on your behalf. But it does not set the agenda for you, it is acting in response to divine principles and divine agreements, but it is not interfering with your free will decisions as you explore the physical realm. So it is somewhat counterintuitive that the higher executive function entitling you to have free will and free agency is in a restricted and subjugated form when incarnated. That is a function of faulty housing within a physical body, and then the corruption of the culture as a whole in providing the major source of knowledge and learning which is under the thumb of the Extraterrestrial Alliance to keep humanity subjugated and largely in the dark.
