Can it be said perhaps that the BIG difference between heaven and hell, so to speak, or the lower astral versus the higher etheric, is that in the higher etheric using psychokinetic force to manipulate another spirit is a HUGE NO-NO. Is this the centerpiece of the War in Heaven, where benevolent angels expelled those who refused to refrain from using their greater personal psychokinetic force advantage for selfish motives and influence over those lesser endowed or even evolved? What can Creator tell us?

We have described a number of times that the paradigm governing the universe you inhabit has a full range of potential energies, vibrational states, and potential outcomes. This makes it an ideal test tube to explore possibilities. Because of the full range of potentials that may be a consequence of any sequence of actions, everything matters because everything counts, everything has an influence, for better or worse, to raise vibration or lower it in a quite local, individual sense or on a much wider scale, as the case might be. If you think about this, even in a simple way, this must be so. Winning can only exist if there is also a possibility of losing. Gaining greater virtue and rewards through personal expansion of capabilities and growth can only happen through advancing from a lesser state of being. So everyone is somewhere with respect to a state of completion and level of vibration as a general composite with many intimate and involved detailed capabilities in their makeup with respect to soul attribute expression and their karmic influences that might be elevating and rewarding them or, in contrast, bringing about a kind of comeuppance experienced as a punishment in some cases so people have a taste of their own medicine, so to speak, for prior transgressions and failures causing harm to themselves or others. This variability and dramatic unevenness in potentials and status from individual to individual is inevitable in a world of great complexity and widely divergent potentials, from high to low vibes, if you will. So the fall from grace of angelic beings who lost their way through poor choices in the exercise of their personal power, which is psychokinetic in the sense of working through their consciousness as a force energetically, paid a heavy price in being cast down, finally, and barred from access to the higher etheric realm of the heavenly plane. These spirit meddlers, through embracing increasingly dark perspectives, not only lost their way but, in turn, have spiraled into such a loss of vibration they are, in effect, doomed unless they are rescued. They have been cut off from divine life support energetically and thus have lost their power, and that, of course, is a perfect karmic consequence matching the abuse of power that created their dilemma. They only continue to exist as parasites drawing power from living beings to continue existence and unfortunately they have become dangerous parasites, much like invading pathogenic microbes attack their host and may even be lethal in their effects, and that is a stark example of the contrast between power used for dark ends and the much greater power inherent in divinity of high vibration which has limitless potential and the capability to influence everything for the better.
