DWQA QuestionsCategory: Healing ModalitiesHe asks: “I feel I’m finally hopeful I’m making headway with both of these health issues. I understand and appreciate the LHPs, DSMRs, and HMRs that I have done and continue to do but I realize, as you have said, the actual pain, etc., one copes with is the last thing that will be removed, and that may not come for most of us in the lifetime if I remember correctly. So can this be a stopgap solution?” What can we tell him?

We see medical treatment as having its place to help make life tolerable while divine healing is underway. You are somewhat exaggerating the slow nature of divine healing that is typical. It is true for some that they will never overcome their physical maladies during the current life but not for all, and it is very important to do all one can to obtain high-level healing through the divine realm to whatever extent can be brought about. That will pay dividends both for the current life and beyond. When there is a viral malady underway, there will often be a karmic underpinning creating a basic vulnerability which will be part of the problem as well. That susceptibility will also slow down divine healing, but this is where using a physical adjunct, like antivirals, comes into play because that can create a more level playing field. Because of the rules of engagement, we cannot kill viruses directly because of free will and free agency which is enjoyed by all living things, including the lowly-seeming viruses, even though they act on behalf of evil in many cases. This is why human healers can be a great ally, because they can often see intuitively and recommend steps within the physical realm humans can do, and are entitled to embrace, like taking antivirals. Under the rules of engagement, the physical realm is in charge, and that is why humans choosing to attack the problem directly are free to do so without karmic penalty.
