That is due to chronic infection and also has a karmic backdrop, which, as you know, is a major complication always with healing, because that makes things deeply entrenched, harder to heal, and require much more time. So this, too, is a work in progress and we cannot promise full restoration, but we can most likely slow and perhaps stop the progression and that would be a blessing.
