DWQA QuestionsCategory: PrayerCan the prayer’s phrase, “pray for us sinners, now, and at the hour of our death” be acted on as a request for a Spirit Rescue, to ensure the departed reaches heaven and not get stuck in limbo? We presume that most people saying the Rosary, do not have the understanding they are asking Mary for a Spirit Rescue from being earthbound and stuck in limbo when they die. Furthermore, they are asking Mary to “pray” for them, essentially asking her to ask the divine on their behalf for intervention, rather than doing a Spirit Rescue directly herself. Seems it would be more powerful to ask Source Creator directly for a rescue at time of death. Can Creator comment?

Your analysis, in a strict sense, is accurate but we can tell you there are indeed benefits to this prayer regardless of whether a person understands the dynamics of the afterlife and the risk in becoming an earthbound spirit and failing to reach heaven if one is not truly prepared and struggling with too much negativity and unable to see and cooperate with the light callers. This prayer is not without benefit in such a circumstance because it is asking for Mary to pray for you as a sinner, now, and at the hour of your death. If you think about the true meaning of this, what this is asking is, "Bring us help. Bring us your blessing to raise us up, both now and at the time of our death." So it is certainly a powerful cry for help and, in fact, that is exactly what people need if they are in poor shape and in danger of becoming an earthbound spirit or will at the time of their passing. So prayers for help for one’s transgressions is an invitation to receive healing for those very karmic missteps that can get in a person’s way by dragging them down to hold a lower vibration than ideal, and might in fact complicate or delay full transition with a return to the light when they pass on. So any healing requested has the potential to work to better prepare them for that eventuality. Even though not stated as an explicit goal, the prayer certainly makes clear that the person has a concern that at the hour of their death they will likely need Mary’s attention because of their sinning. So this is a clear enough intention of wanting to have one’s rough edges polished and improved to help their wellbeing for the consequences of their mishaps, mistakes, transgressions, and faulty choices in perhaps harming people unfairly. So this is a wise act to carry out and will enable preparation in the same manner as you would request a Spirit Rescue, although not as powerfully, because there is a lack of specificity in how to go about acting on this prayer. So it leaves a rather large hole for the divine to fill in and because we cannot lead, this will limit the benefit of the prayer request compared to carrying out a session with the Lightworker Healing Protocol, which spells out the many sources of negativity and difficulty a person encounters that will reduce their ability to navigate with their life successfully, and to achieve divine assistance and to make a smooth transition when they pass on. So we would say it is better for people to do a session with the Lightworker Healing Protocol than to use prayers that are traditional but lack specificity and further empowerment to better serve the one praying which, after all, is the purpose in the first place of the exercise.
