The intensity is the best indicator you possess, to have feedback about how you are doing, because in most cases a feeling of intensity, whether small or larger, will indeed reflect the degree of intention you are feeling in the moment, and this is why we are promoting an appeal to your ability to feel emotionally the meaning of something as opposed to intellectually, because the former will be linked more directly to the energy of intention itself, with respect to intensity, and this is what you want to gauge—how powerful is the intention you hold?
