Is it the case that trauma memories are actually stored in the akashic records, which is a permanent repository of all that happens, and is unalterable, like a film or video, whereas, the energetic signature is a representation of the energy surrounding the events and is meant to be healable? And because the energetic signature holds the pain of victims, the arrogance and hatred of perpetrators, and so on, it thus reflects the actual karmic significance of what took place and those responsible?

This description is accurate in every detail, that there are two channels of stored information in the akashic records, one being the facts of what happened and their influences as a record of all who were involved in some way in what took place, good, bad, or indifferent. The second, is the energetic consequences of the events in question, as they reflect a vibrational representation of whether they were in divine alignment or were a lower vibration in some respect that caused harm to who or what was present. So, the energetic signature is an accurate reflection, very precise, of a possible deficit with respect to good divine alignment and thus creates a kind of energetic debt owed by whoever is responsible for the negativity, to arrange a restoration to bring the universe back in balance with respect to the misalignment and deficit that was brought into being by the soul-based beings involved. So, the energetic signatures are the working mechanisms of the Law of Karma. That is what is surveyed on an ongoing basis as life proceeds. The Law of Karma is seeing each individual being, going about their business, and how that connects to the akashic records, not only from moment to moment but in a large picture sense, to notice recurring themes, repetitions of patterns that may represent a character flaw or a bad habit that continues to cause woundings and a deficit of some kind to be repeated. This will also build over time, because things of a similar vibration will harmonize and may be taken together by the Law of Karma to arrange what might come next in bringing that energy back to the originators for a reckoning, to make them not only accountable but responsible for restoration of overall balance, and at their peril, because if they fail, things can easily get ugly. The Law of Karma, we have said before, is the great leveler, and that the winds of karma can become a whirlwind on their way back to the perpetrator.
