DWQA QuestionsCategory: Human CorruptionIs narcissism the same hazard for angels as it is for humans? Is there any difference in the anatomy of narcissism between angels and humans? Is narcissism a diseased ego?

Narcissism can take place with angelics as it can with humans through somewhat different means energetically, but functionally the same paradigm can take place. And that is how the dark spirit meddlers fell from grace and engaged in a downward spiral of compromise, lowered standards, and degradation. It was through serving the ego too greatly that this began, so it is not a consequence of ego alone, it is more the undermining of a true and vibrant connection to the soul and the higher dimensions of the divine realm, which does consist of many layers, that led to this fall from grace and the depraved and deprived status of the spirit meddlers becoming energetically dependent on other beings for their survival. So the exhibition of narcissism is essentially an ego unchecked and unbalanced by more lofty thinking and capability because of a disconnection from the flow of love that starts from Creator and goes out to all souls everywhere. The more one becomes out of divine alignment, the more restricted that lifeline becomes to the flow of love coming through the soul and to the soul extensions. And this will choke off love to such an extent, all that will remain eventually, is a lust for power, control, and domination of others by the self as the only means of gratification and security that is possible for the being in this state of dysfunction. So we would say that it is not a disease of the ego but the ego does become diseased with a state of narcissism, because it is pressed into duty by default to be the predominant player for all actions of consciousness exhibited by the narcissist. And without the normal checks and balances provided through the conscience as a reminder of the need to return to loving feelings and perspectives, everything that is harsh and selfish the ego gives rise to will become intensified and more overt in the interactions with others.
